The worst thing happened to President Trump. It is really bad when someone close to you stabs you in the back despite pretending friendship with you.
The media blow the whole thing out of proportion with the former FBI Director James Comey. They told people that Trump told Comey to end the investigation against Micheal Flynn. Then the impeachment card was mentioned from Democrats while the Republicans stayed out of the line. Until now.
A Michigan Republican representative brought the same impeachment topic.
On Wednesday, Rep. Justin Amash said that if the reports about Trump’s pressure on Comey are proven true, this could mean impeachment.
Amash’s comments come just day after New York Post reported that President Trump allegedly told Comey to stop all investigations on Michael Flynn.
A memo written by Comey after his meeting with President Trump, back in February, said that the President told Comey to “I hope you can let this go.”
Asked by The Hill if the details in the memo would merit impeachment if they’re true, Amash replied: “Yes.”
Amash also added, “But everybody gets a fair trial in this country.”
Moreover, another reporter asked if Amash believed James Comey, that if it comes between Comey’s or President Trump’s word, who would he believe, he gave the following answer.
“I think it’s pretty clear I have more confidence in Director Comey.”
Now, I don’t know about you folks, but I don’t get these people. When President Trump won the election, they couldn’t wait to congratulate him, but when things get a little rough for Trump, they criticize and discredit him immediately.
There is a possibility that the congress wants some kind of civil war. Trump got many stabs in his back, he can take all of them so far and rise above it. All that in order to make this country better place for living.
